HYPNOSIS AND RELAXING TECHNIQUES MAY HELP IN WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGIES

The data from the Churchill Hospital (Oxford) study, shows that
hypnotherapy, as an adjunct to dietary advice in producing weight loss, has produced a statistically signicant result in favour of hypnotherapy. More intensive hypnotherapy, so as relaxing techniques, might be still more successful in benefits.  Anyhow, the results of the trial are sufciently encouraging to pursue this approach further
